Accelerated Freefall
Accelerated Freefall is the main way to learn to skydive and a quick way to become a qualified skydiver. It is intense and fast-paced, so you will be in a small group or on your own. This ensures your instructor provides undivided attention.
The course is split into 8 levels. Once you have completed your 8 levels, you are required to complete a further 10 jumps, also known as consolidation jumps. In just 4 weeks, you could be diving on your own and become a licensed British Skydiving instructor. This is recognised in all parachute centres across the UK and internationally.

With many years of experience, Black Knights Skydiving Centre provides a wide range of courses. Our courses differ in altitude, starting from 7,000ft, to 11,000ft, right up to 15,000ft. As fully certified professionals, we adhere to a strict code of practice, so you are in safe hands.
In addition to this, we offer freefall photography packages. One of our specialist photographers will record and photograph you as you fall through the clouds. Alternatively, one of our cameras will be worn by your instructor and capture both photos and videos from start to finish.
For your quickest route to our centre from Southport, follow the A565 to Lancashire and get on the M6 in Leyland. Follow the M6 to Preston and take exit 33. We are around 15 minutes from the junction. Our postcode is LA2 0DY, which can be entered into your Satnav.
