Experience with Black Knights
At Black Knights Skydiving Centre, we have several skydiving courses available. Choose from 7,000ft right up to 15,000ft and take to the skies. A tandem skydive is the best way to experience a freefall. During this, you will be strapped to one of our instructors and will reach a speed of approximately 120mph before your parachute is deployed.
Anyone over the age of 16 can take part. Furthermore, weather dependant, our drop-zone operates all year round. As you land, your friends and family can watch from our Knights Table café. There, you will find a great selection of food and drink.
For your quickest route to our parachute centre from Bury, take the M53 and M6 to Preston and take exit 33 from the M6. We are around 15 minutes away from the junction. Our postcode is LA2 0DY, which can be entered into your satnav.

Charity Jumps
If you’re looking to jump for charity, Black Knights Skydiving Centre works with a wide range of charities. We offer both solo and group jumps for a charity of your choice. Our tandem dives start from £150 and group jumps start from £230.
To secure your date, all our charity dives require a £100 non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day.

About Bury & the Local Area
Bury is a market town on the River Irwell and dates back to the Roman period. Development of Bury took off in the late 18th and early 19th Centuries as cotton became a dominant textile industry. Additionally, the town developed further when it became linked to the national canal network.
The rich history of Bury is represented through many collections and displays at a number of exhibitions. The Fusilier Museum holds a collection of the Lancashire Fusiliers and Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. This museum has nearly 350 years of history and plenty to offer to visitors of all ages.
Located in the heart of the town centre is Bury Market. Attracting both locals and visitors, the market is full of independent traders and has over 300 stalls. Best known for Bury Black Pudding, the market is one of the best places to buy a whole range of fresh and local produce.
